Brother’s Pizza has always been about fresh, home-cooked quality Italian/American cuisine ever since the first restaurant was started in Cortland, Ohio back in 1987. Having worked their for years and learning the art of good, fresh food I established Brother’s Pizza here in Vienna, Ohio nearly 25 years ago.
At Brother’s Pizza we are all about freshness. We start our day old-school, making our signature bread and pizza dough from scratch. It takes over a thousand pounds of flour per week to keep our guests fed and we are happy to do it. Our ovens transform this dough into fresh burger buns and forms the basis for our fresh pizza dough.
Our spaghetti sauce starts early in the morning with oven roasted garlic and spanish onions. San marzano pear tomatoes and fresh basil are added to a simmering sauce. By night fall this is transformed into our “pièce de ré·sis·tance,” as the flavors meld and compliment one another. This sauce is used throughout our cuisine and sets it above our competition.
Our pizza sauce uses fresh garlic, sauteed onions, extra virgin olive oil and only the finest tomatoes.
We gently cook and smoke our own beef brisket and pulled pork for nearly 14 hours. Only our special blend of quality cherry and apple hickory chips are used to produce out-of-this-world flavor.
Our famous chicken tenders are never frozen and are hand-breaded when ordered.
We even take pride in our Mac and cheese. Our smoked Mac and cheese is made with smoked paprika, caramelized sweet onions and smoked gouda and cheddar. It’s so creamy and delicious you have to try it!
